During full export of oracle database I recived the following errors in the log file:

 . exporting table CP_PRSN_ID_CH
EXP-00008: ORACLE error 4030 encountered ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 270360 bytes (session heap, kllcq queue unaligned chunk of slots) ORA-07324: smpall: malloc error while allocating pga. Digital Unix Error: 12: Not enough space
. . exporting table CP_PRSNL_EQUIP
EXP-00008: ORACLE error 3113 encountered
ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel
EXP-00008: ORACLE error 3114 encountered
ORA-03114: not connected to ORACLE
EXP-00222:
System error message 4
EXP-00000: Export terminated unsuccessfully

EXP-00222:
System error message 4

It looks like problem with memory allocation 'Digital Unix Error: 12: Not enough space', but the system has a lot of ram and swap space compared to the size of the database and export file. It happend on Alpha Server 4100 running DU 4.0B and Oracle Server 7.3.3

Thanks for any advice . Received on Wed Apr 15 1998 - 05:47:04 CDT
