Smaller (when the log switch occurs every 2 hours)

The members of a group are mirrors of each other (for security, keep them on
different disc, so when one crashes you still have one left). Oracle writes in circle into the diffrent groups (e.g. first group 1, then group 2
and so on). If your DB is in archive mode you need at least 2 groups (one is written
to and the other is archived).
