ORA-12641 when connecting via ODBC:

Edit the SQLNET.ORA file, (normally found in the ORACLE_HOME\NETWORK\ADMIN directory) and add or modify the following entry:

SQLNET.AUTHENTICATION_SERVICES = (none) Received on Mon Apr 06 1998 - 00:00:00 CDT
