Need Some Scripts

I am very green with Oracle, Just getting into it and I am running Oracle 7.3.2
I am having a hard time putting scripts together to monitor tablespace, tables,
and index sizes & max extents.  Could someone PLEASE help me out by emailing or
pointing me in a direction to get some scripts?
