Hello,

We want to store some sensitive information like credit card no, expiration date, etc. How to encrypt it and store it in Oracle tables the way oracle password is stored in the dba_users table? It should be such tha even the DBA's shuldn't be able to decrypt it.

Are there any functions, packages or third party tools that do this? What sort of algorithm does Oracle use to encrypt the passwords?

Would doubly appreciate if you could reply to LogoP_at_SabafiSoft.com

Thanks in advance.

Sincerly,
