dbms_pipe

Hi,I have a question on the dbms_pipe package. I try to let two oracle users communicate through a private pipe. Does anyone know how to do it? I can let two procedures under one user account communicate through a private pipe, but can't do that if I let the receiver and sender be under different user accounts.
