Well, I thought I had tried this sometime earlier today... Must have been lunch!

I selected end_time - begin_time from my_table and got some interesting results. Numbers like this

.116574074
.004449167
.001793981
.03875
.00255787
.00037037

When I selected avg(end_time - begin_time) from my_table , I got this:

.02728551

What unit of measure are these results expressed in? Seconds? ticks? Also what is the decimal point there for?
