You can do this depending on the size of your class and your server H/W. However, my suggestion is just to use a single username like webuser w/ a single DAD, a single agent on a single listener. Using this approach, the only thing you have to do is initially set all the grants and privileges for the student's PLSQL pkgs, and once this is done, any changes on any of these packages can just be recompiled on the dbase and it will automatically show up on the browser window. BTW, when you said the "same" packages, I hope you meant that figuratively or functionally, right.
