tkprof73 error

I have been trying to run TKPROF73 utility to process my trace files but
my output file has been created with no records.



If  I run tkprof73 on server ( NT ver 4 ) Dr Watson utility reports an
error:  Exception access violation ...



I have checked documentation and there is nothing to help me out.



I would appreciate any help
