Been there; I had a script that, when executed on our source database, generated table dump files and *.CTL files for the loader along with a "master script" that loaded all tables in the correct order (using SQL*Loader).
Unfortunately, SQL*Loader doesn't seem to handle LONG columns, and our database contains a quite a lot of them.... Also; I wasn't able to correctly convert CR/LF's and other escape sequences to some format that SQL*Loader could understand. Therefore, this method was never implemented. Instead, I tried creating my own app using ODBC and OO4O21, which I may add: works perfectly (except for the looooooong loading time... ;-( )
