I read somewhere (perhaps here) that ther is a way to install Oracle tools 'unintended'. Of course, this is not a supported way but ...

This way, you can setup the domain sever so that a .CMD file is run and will submit the installation the next time the user log in.

perhaps another way is possible via SMS ..
