Q: Need to run PUBPLD.SQL?

After changing the default database instance ORCL to another (FLUO) in Personal Oracle 7.3 on NT, everything works fine, except for one thing;

When connecting to the database with SQLplus, the message 'Error accessing PRODUCT_USER_PROFILE,
 You might need to run PUBPLD.SQL as SYSTEM' is given (it is a translation from Dutch, so the actual english message is probably different..)

PUBPLD.SQL does not exist.

I managed to create an extra user, so in fact my only concern is to get rid of the message :)

Any suggestions ?
