Oracle on UNIX

I am trying to import a export dmp file that was taken from a UNIX machine, onto a NT machine with Oracle 7.3.

I am getting back a message that the SQL statements are not valid.

I think it is because the recordlength is not set correct - using the NT default value.
Can anybody help with what recordlength I should set for the import, or how i can resolve this error.
