Try TOAD (Tool for Oracle Application Development) at www.toadsoft.com

TOAD:

- is 100% freeware.
- has a Graphical interface.
- is very easy to use.
- includes EXPLAIN plan in detail.
- displays Server statistics.
- displays all your database objects like details for:
  tables, triggers, synonyms, constraints, sequences, views,   access rights, procedures, etc..... Latest version 4.0.02.26 is from 26-FEB-1998 (827 Kb).

Go and get it !!!
