Yes, i have double quotation marks and the others nls_parameters are set as follow:

NLS_DATE_LANG = PORTUGUESE
NLS_LANGUAGE = PORTUGUESE
NLS_TERRITORY = PORTUGAL

And i have another problem that is all server messages are in English and i have the above settings.
