As long as you are using 7.3.3 or above the agent is self configuring, just add a single entry for each instance in the listener.ora and tnsnames.ora on the server then start the agent service. From then on you should be able to perform auto discovery of the node.

Make sure you get the latest version of enterprise manager (1.5.x).
