The values of the parameters specified within init.ora are dependant upon many factors; database size, number of users, type of application, size of the machine upon which you are running Oracle, etc. It is therefore virtually impossible for me to advise you on the actual values you should use given only the limited information which you have provided.

Simply go with the values recommended within the init.ora file provided during installation and then tweak them later if necessary.

If you're really stuck, let me know and I'll send you the init.ora which I currently use (our databases are of a similar size). Unfortunately, I don't have a copy of it to hand at the moment otherwise I would post it.
