Check out v$process table. The v$process.addr column can join to the v$session.paddr column.

Also, v$session.osuser will show the op sys username for a given session. If Unix based app, it shows Unix account names. If Win95 or NT, it shows network username (or for some sites on Win95 it maps to registry item USERNAME under Oracle software). If Win 3.x client (or older 16 bit Sqlnet on win95), it matches the username=xxxx line the windows\oracle.ini file.
