Well I know 2 of the three...

  1. They were looking for a material that could be used to power a force field that would surround all major cities in the US. I have to admit that I don't quite remember the name they gave to it. I do recall that in the end it was revealed that the material was going to be used to make a more powerful nuke.
  2. I believe it was "Thank God for good old Southbee". Please forgive the miss spelling
  3. I haven't a clue
