did your enterprise pay for those specialist that couldn't solve your probs? Money is always the mean to get people to do what they should do. I never had those bad experiences with german oracle support. Yes there are differences in knowledge amoung the consultants. Some have good some have less skills, but all our probs had been solved so far.
