Looks like a typo. Should be:

ORADIM73 -NEW -SID NSID -INTPWD secret -STARTMODE AUTO -PFILE C:\db\initNSID.ora

It's INTPWD, not INTPW. You password file is not getting created, so you can't connect as internal.
