Can't create a second database on Oracle 7.3/VMS 7.1!

Well Oracleins seems to setup all the logicals (environment variables) correctly. i.e. ora_sid, directories e.t.c. It then seems to just ignore them and tries to connect to the other db.

Its does however use the correct *init.ora files.
