We use Oracle Web Server 2.1.1 on Solaris. The manual may be confusing at first, but we have sorted out most of the problem.

Can you elaborate where do you get the error ? I think I have solved this problem before. Is it at setting up DCD or when you tried to restart your listener after the DCD and WRB are setup ?
