i use Oracle 7.1.6 on Digital Unix 3.0


i restore datafile, control file, logfile, init.ora from tape. 
when i startup database i got this error message :
  ORA-00443: background process "PMON" did not start
  ORA-07269: spdcr: detached process died after exec.
  Additional information: 11
