OWAS kills Netscape JVM on NT

Hi,

After installing Application Server (trial) on NT, Navigator no longer displayed (most, not all) Java applets.
CLASSPATH seemed OK, so I couldn't think of anything else than to remove OWAS. The Oracle Installer couldn't remove all components (I kept the newer Oracle 7.3.3 version when installing), so I had to physically remove the directories from disk & the services from the registry & run regclean.
After that Navigator worked fine again.

I have two questions:
1.How to run OWAS and use Navigator (*with* java) on the same machine.

2. How to deinstall OWAS in a graceful manner.
