Oracle Procedural Gateway for APPC PGAXFER not declared

We installed oracle procedural gateway for appc on sun-solaris 2.5, everything seems to have installed correctly. We can generate the .pkh, ..pkb file for our TIP but while compiling the .pkb we get an error : PGAXFER_at_PGA must be declared. We could not locate any procedure PGAXFER either in the database or the installation files.

Any help in resolving this issue is appreciated. Thanks.
