Oracle -> NT or Unix

I need to upgrade the actual server which is SCO UNIX 5.0.2 with Oracle 7.1.
The Data Base have 15 tables with around 45 000 000 new data inserted each year with 20 users.

I have two solutions :
1-SCO Unix 5.0.4 with Oracle 7.3
2-Windows NT 4.0 with Oracle 8.0

What is the best choice ?
What is the advantage/disadvantage about Window NT with Oracle 8.0 ?

The server will be upgraded for compaq Prolant or HP Xr Pro with : 4 * 200Mh processors
300 M RAM
Hard disk RAID for the Data Base: 3 * 4 Go Hard disk for the system : 9 Go

That’s enough for my system ?
