Re: ORA-00055, Maximum Number of DML_LOCKS exceeded

Check your alert<SID>.log .... This could be an after effect of another error ... Take particular attention to dbms_locks_allocated table or any segment that failed to extend itself....I think I've seen this error before but I'm not sure .

Are you using any tools other than Oracle Dev tools ?
