If you have installed the PL/SQL cartridge, hope you don't have a package
with a unhandled exception.

I used Web server 2.1 on NT. The web listeners barely touched the CPU (max 1-2%). And all
this was on a Single Pentium box about 250M RAM.

However, whenever a web listener process (could be a CGI or PL/SQL) goes haywire, we noticed
the CPU cycles going up like crazy. Maybe u have a similar problem? My site was for
an intranet about 200 hits per day. Not sure what hits you are having.
