Trusted Oracle

Could anyone who has experience of using Trusted Oracle let me know of anyone pitfalls that I may expect to run into (compared to a standard Oracle environment).

To give you some background, we are developing a database that will be maintained by Oracle Forms 4.5 and interrogated by an API written in Pro*C.
The environment is MLS+ under Digital UNIX V4.0 on Digital Alpha hardware.
