Example for Shutdown:
d:\orant\bin\oradim73.exe -shutdown -sid GCNV -usrpwd xxxxx -shuttype srvc,inst -shutmode a

Example for Startup:
d:\orant\bin\oradim73.exe -startup -sid GCNV -usrpwd xxxxx -starttype srvc,inst -pfile
