UREGENT HELP- i blew up the DB??

If anyone could help with this I'd really appreciate it.

I have Orcl8 installed with all default options. I tried creating a new instance. Didn't work.

Went back to do other things and now I'm getting the following from SqlPlus8.

It seems all system procs have been invalidated. Can this be fixed without a full reinstall..
