Read over 2000 characters in Forms 4.5?

Hello all,

        How can I read a line from a text file with a line over 2000 characters long? (in Forms 4.5) Since the max. characters of varchar2 in Forms is 2000, when I use text_io.get_line function, the Forms raises the VALUE_ERROR exception when the line is over 2000 characters. Is it possible to read over 2000 characters in Forms PL/SQL?
