Hi Vaughan,

We had a similar problem which we never "resolved" as such, but we found doing a "reload" inside lsnrctl fixed the problem ... not great but it doesn't boot everyone off...

How often is it occurring ? We haven't had more than 1 or 2 per year (7.2 and 7.3)
