Try copying the config files in orant\net80\admin to orant\network\admin, or better, define a pointer to net80\admin in the Windows95 registry: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/ORACLE/TNS_ADMIN=C:\Orant\net80\admin
