Hi Billy,

This will not work. The oradebug facility was only introduced to svrmgrl in 7.3 and the wakeup command was not available in oradbx.

Philippe,

While it is true that SMON wakes up every 5 minutes, in 7.1 it only does its free space coalescing job every 2 hours.
