ORACLE and NETWARE - risky or not risky ?

Is there any referenced litterature about the risks using ORACLE on NETWARE or at least, the drawbacks ?

I have been told that that the data security is not guaranteed as far as NETWARE isn't a multi tasking operating system. We have installed a lot of applications without trouble up to now, I would like to have a world wide position based on experience.

Have we been lucky until now or is it a nonsense comment I have been told ?
