I am using the UTL_FILE pkg to create a flat file on a RISC-6000 box.
The problem is that a UTL_FILE.INVALID_FILEHANDLE exception is being
raised and I do not know why. My file handle is static, being set at the
start of my package procedure. The flat file opens fine and then closes
fine and I am able to view it afterwards with no problems. Any help
would be greatly appreciated!
