  Hi, in Froms4.5 you can write On-Error trigger and catch your error_number, error_message and error_type, and then re-write the message adding NO_ACKNOWLEDGE key word.
Perhaps, you can do something similar in Forms3.0 The code below helped me to solve the similar problem. Good luck.

  errtxt varchar2(80) := error_text;
