TNS error 12223 : Internal Limit Restriction exceeded

Folks,



We are getting error 12223 "TNS : internal limit restriction exceeded"
about every 15 minutes in an BaaN / Oracle 7.3.3.2 environment, and have
been unable to change the TNS settings to help us out in any meaningful
way. Has anyone out there got this error before (in BaaN or elsewhere)
and if so, how did you manage to resolve it? 



Any help on this is greatly appreciated!!
