Connect to Personal Oracle 8

How can I connect to Personal Oracle 8 from "old" tools (SQL*Plus 3.3,
Dev2k v1.4, etc.) ?



When I'm trying to do it I receive error 
"ORA-03121: no interface driver connected - function not performed".



What should I install (Requaried Support Files, SQL Net, ...) ?
