The right machine

I´m looking for the right machine for an ORACLE database. There´s some information about tuning ORACLE databases. But not so much about what machine in the market best fits ( maybe i´m wrong...)...

This database will receive all the system of a small factory and it will have 10 PCs connected to it, but only about 5 users at same time...

I want to buy the right machine, for the right price... What it will be?! HP, IBM, BULL, DELL, a powerfull PC?!

I don´t have much time to chose...

Somebody give me a clue, please!
