Tell this PC motherboard that it can't take over 128M of RAM! and have you heard of Pentium II's?
What about alpha? It could be conscidered to be PC too. Is that too flakey to run Oracle with Linux? Have you heard of Linux been ported to PA-RISC, Sparc etc...
