ConText Option: User Interface Design AND/OR Documentation

Looking for comments on two things:

  1. Design issues concerning ConText queries: Specifically, do you (application developers) rely on the user to make appropriate use of operators (logical, proximity, etc) when specifying query criteria, or do you prompt them specifically for each piece and create the query string accordingly?
  2. Documentation or resources for designing and implementing ConText solutions. All I've got is the documentation provided by Oracle. Are there any other resources covering ConText implementation issues, such as books, classes, or web sites?

Thanks in advance.
