Sizing OWAS 3.0 Advanced on NT

Has anyone had any experience properly sizing a NT platform for Oracle Web Application Server 3.0 Advanced edition? What are the rule of thumbs for memory usage?

I.E Reserve x number of RAM for Forms cartridges, x RAM for Forms Server

I have not been able to find a discussion of these types of issues.
