How do I stop DBSNMP.EXE on NT?

How do I stop the processes DBSNMP.EXE from running on my NT4.0 Server that has Oracle8? I do not need it and its taking up 98% of the Server's CPU resource.

Is there a .ora file that I need to modify or a service that I need to stop?

Any help would be much appreciated!
Thanks,
Haresh.
