Hi,

I have recently started (in the last two months) integrating some oracle data sources into Access applications. (I have very little Oracle background, but have used Access for a few years) I'm using Intersolv's DataDirect ODBC drivers. Granted, they're not free, but they work fairly well. I tried Oracle's ODBC drivers first, but got frustrated trying to set them up correctly.

Actually I'm using Oracle 7.3 and Windows 95, but I expect your null date field problems are unrelated to that difference.

Are you using tables linked from Oracle, or pass through queries, or just importing data directly through ODBC?
