installed Options for Oracle

Can I get what options were chose when Oracle was installed, without having
to run the Oracle Installer. I want to read a file or select it from a table
if possible. Somebody told me there's a prd file created that has that info,
but I haven't found it. I'm running 7.3.3 or Solaris 2.6 and HP-UX 10.10.
