Hi, Ravi.
There is a solution to this problem. You have to increase the initialization parameter OPEN_CURSORS (it may even not exist), in your initSID.ora or initSID.cfg (you have to find out which one is in use) parameter file. This file, is read when th db is started. It is stored in the ORACLE_HOME\database directory on a NT server or in the ORACLE_HOME/dbs on a unix server. Setting a value to 800 seems to work properly.
