        No, its a trouble ticketing system. True, its not OLTP, the client apps allow new tickets to be filled out, some queries on existing troubles, nothing super fancy, but it works on a reasonably sized system AND THAT'S THE POINT...... Received on Mon Dec 08 1997 - 00:00:00 CST
